Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:

  • Via your account settings: Navigate to Profile → My Plan → Cancel Subscription
  • By email: Send a cancellation request to [email protected]

Important: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until that date. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period.

As a SaaS provider offering digital services, our products are non-tangible. We encourage you to use our free tier to evaluate the service before subscribing.

24-Hour Refund Guarantee

First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 24 hours of their initial payment if you are not satisfied with the service.

Refund Eligibility:

  • The refund request must be made within 24 hours of the first payment only
  • This applies to initial subscriptions, not renewals, upgrades, or repurchases
  • You must provide a reason for the refund request

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Subscription renewals (automatic or manual)
  • Plan upgrades or downgrades
  • Requests made after 24 hours from initial payment
  • Lack of usage or general dissatisfaction after 24 hours

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible period:

  1. Email [email protected] with subject line: "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email and payment details
  3. Provide a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund

We will respond to all refund requests within 3 business days and process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
